Menopause symptoms tracking

Your body is changing, and now you can see how. Four physical signals that shift as your oestrogen levels drop.

Menopause symptoms tracking
  • HRV: your body’s stress signal
  • Resting heart rate: a long-term signal worth watching
  • Sleep: seeing the disruption in the data
  • Cycle tracking: spotting the shift early
  • One band, continuous data, a clearer picture

Menopause brings a lot of changes, including hot flashes, broken sleep, a heart that races for no clear reason, and moods that shift without warning. Most women go through this without a clear way to measure what is actually happening inside their bodies.

What this band can and cannot do

The HLTH Band cannot diagnose menopause, and it has no temperature sensor, so it cannot detect hot flashes directly. What it does track are four things that consistently change during perimenopause and menopause. All of them are measurable, and all of them are continuous. That data gives you a clearer picture of what your body is going through, and something concrete to bring to your doctor.

HRV: your body’s stress signal

HRV stands for heart rate variability. It measures the tiny differences in time between each heartbeat. When your oestrogen drops, it affects the part of your nervous system that controls your heart rhythm. Your HRV gets lower and less stable.

Watching it over weeks shows you when your body is under more strain, even on days when you feel fine on the surface.

Resting heart rate: a long-term signal worth watching

Oestrogen has a protective effect on your heart. As it declines, your resting heart rate tends to rise over time. The band tracks this every hour of the day and night.

A rising trend over several weeks is something worth knowing about, particularly when you can bring that data to your GP as evidence rather than just a feeling.

Tracked around the clock

Four signals

HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and cycle shifts — measured continuously rather than sampled.

Sleep: seeing the disruption in the data

Night sweats and hormonal shifts break up your sleep. The band tracks your sleep stages using both movement and HRV. You can see how much deep sleep you are getting, when you are waking during the night, and whether your sleep is becoming more fragmented over time.

Poor sleep makes every other menopause symptom harder to manage, and seeing the pattern clearly is the first step to doing something about it.

Cycle tracking: spotting the shift early

Irregular periods are often the first sign that perimenopause has started. The band tracks your cycle based on the dates you log in the app. It is predictive, not temperature-based.

Over time, it shows you whether your cycles are getting longer, shorter, or more irregular. That pattern is useful on its own, and even more useful when you can share it with a doctor or specialist.

One band, continuous data, a clearer picture

Menopause symptoms tracking becomes much easier when you have real data to look at. The HLTH Band tracks all four of these signals around the clock.

The battery lasts 30 days, so nothing interrupts the data stream. You get a continuous picture of how your body is changing, and the clarity to make sense of it.
