When can I add Care+?
You can add Care+ at checkout when you buy your HLTH Band, or anytime within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, new orders qualify again with the next band you buy.
How do I make a claim?
Message our Care team through the app or at info@hlthtrack.com and tell us what happened. No forms, no proof-of-damage photoshoots. We approve most claims within hours and ship your replacement the same day. Accidental damage claims are redeemable once per coverage period, and theft or loss claims once per year on the yearly plan.
How does the free upgrade work?
Yearly members automatically receive every new HLTH Band we release, shipped free. When a new model launches, we send it to your registered address. Your data, settings and membership carry over. Nothing to claim, nothing extra to pay.
