Which Wrist Should I Wear the Band On?
You can wear your HLTH Band on either wrist.
Choose One Wrist and Stick With It
Your band builds up a picture of your health trends over time. Wearing it on the same wrist every day gives you the most consistent readings to compare over weeks and months. Switching wrists often can make your trends harder to compare.
Which Wrist Is Best?
Either wrist works, so choose whichever is most comfortable. Many people prefer their non-dominant wrist (your left, if you're right-handed), because it moves less during everyday tasks.
Band Sizes
- Stretch Knit Band: one size, fits up to 25.5 cm around
- Active Band: fits 14–24 cm around
Can I Wear It on My Ankle?
Yes, as long as your ankle is within the size of your band (above). No extra strap is needed.
Your band is designed to be worn on the wrist, so for the best blood pressure, HRV and blood oxygen readings, wear it about one finger-width above your wrist bone. Ankle wear can be useful for step counting when your hands are still while walking, such as pushing a pram or holding treadmill handrails.
