How to Charge Your HLTH Band
The HLTH Band uses a magnetic charging cable included in the box. Charging is simple — there are no ports to plug in.
What You'll Need
-
The magnetic charging cable included with your HLTH Band
-
A USB power source (laptop, wall adapter, or USB hub)
⚠️ Only use the officially provided charging cable. Third-party cables may not connect properly and could damage the device.
How to Charge
Step 1 — Align the magnetic charger
Turn your band over so the back (sensor side) is facing up. Bring the magnetic end of the charging cable close to the two gold charging pins on the back of the device. It will snap into place automatically.
Step 2 — Connect to power
Plug the USB end of the cable into a power source — a USB wall adapter, laptop port, or USB hub all work fine.
Step 3 — Confirm charging has started
When charging begins, the band will show a sequential pulse light pattern (dots lighting up one by one). This confirms the connection is active.
Step 4 — Charge fully before first use
For your first charge, allow 30–60 minutes minimum. We recommend charging fully before starting to wear the band for the first time.

Charging Tips
-
Make sure the charging contacts on the back of the band are clean and dry before connecting
-
Do not charge the band if the contacts are wet — dry them fully first
-
If the band doesn't seem to be charging, try removing and re-attaching the magnetic connector, or try a different USB power source
