- Can I Wear the Band in the Shower or While Swimming?Yes. Your HLTH Band is rated IP68 , which means it's dust-tight and protected against water.
- Is There a Monthly Subscription Fee?No. There's no subscription fee for your HLTH Band or the QWatch Pro app. Once you've bought your band, everything is free to use, with no in-app purchases required.
- Can I Add a Second Band to My Account?Yes. If you already have a band paired to your QWatch Pro account, you can add another one, for example a new band or a warranty replacement.
- How Long Does the Battery Last?Your HLTH Band lasts up to 30 days on a single charge with normal everyday use. What Affects Battery Life? 30 days is the maximum. How long your battery lasts depends on how you use your band.
- Can the HLTH Band Detect Medical Conditions?No. Your HLTH Band is designed for everyday wellness and fitness tracking. It isn't intended to detect, diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition.
- Which Wrist Should I Wear the Band On?You can wear your HLTH Band on either wrist. Choose One Wrist and Stick With It Your band builds up a picture of your health trends over time.
