Can the HLTH Band Detect Medical Conditions?
No. Your HLTH Band is designed for everyday wellness and fitness tracking. It isn't intended to detect, diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition.
It tracks trends in your heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, stress, HRV, blood oxygen and activity, to help you understand your general health patterns and make healthier lifestyle choices.
⚠️ If you feel unwell: If you have symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting or a severe headache, contact a medical professional or emergency services straight away. Don't rely on your band.
What Your Band Is Designed to Do
- Help you spot trends in your health data over time
- Show how your sleep, stress, exercise and lifestyle affect your body
- Support general wellness and help you build healthier habits
What Your Band Isn't Designed to Do
- Diagnose any medical condition
- Replace a doctor's assessment or medical tests
- Monitor or manage a specific health condition
- Guide decisions about medication or treatment
- Replace clinically validated medical equipment, such as a blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter or ECG
Does It Detect Irregular Heart Rhythms?
No. Your band doesn't have an irregular heart rhythm alert, and it can't detect conditions such as atrial fibrillation (AFib).
What If I Notice Something Concerning in My Data?
If you notice a pattern that worries you, such as a resting heart rate that stays higher than usual, frequent drops in blood oxygen, or unusual blood pressure trends, use it as a prompt to speak to a healthcare professional. Don't try to diagnose yourself or change any medication based on your band's data.
Your data can be a useful starting point for a conversation with your doctor, but it shouldn't replace it.
