Body Battery Troubleshooting Guide
Body Battery estimates your energy level using your activity, heart rate, stress and sleep. If any of those are missing or off, Body Battery will be too.
Step 1 — Check the data behind it
- Is sleep recording? See [Sleep Tracking Troubleshooting Guide]
- Is Stress Detection switched on? See [Stress Score Troubleshooting Guide]
- Is the band charged, connected and synced?
Step 2 — Wear it overnight
Body Battery "recharges" while you sleep. If you don't wear the band at night, it can't measure your recovery.
Step 3 — Check your fit
A loose band affects heart rate and stress readings, which affects Body Battery. See [How to Wear Your Band Correctly].
Common scenarios and what they mean
"It's always low"
Short or poor sleep, high stress, illness or hard training can keep it low. Look at your sleep and stress data for clues.
"It drops quickly during the day"
Busy, active or stressful days use energy faster. This is what it's designed to show.
"It doesn't match how I feel"
Body Battery is a general guide. It estimates your energy, it doesn't measure it directly.
