Menstrual Cycle Tracking: How to Use It & Troubleshooting
How to set it up
- Open the QWatch Pro app
- Go to [confirm location of menstrual cycle tracking]
- Enter your last period start date, typical period length and typical cycle length
- Turn on reminders if you'd like notifications
If predictions seem wrong
Step 1 — Check your details. Make sure your last period date, period length and cycle length are correct.
Step 2 — Log each period. Predictions improve the more cycles you log. [Confirm whether predictions learn from logged cycles.]
Step 3 — Give it a few cycles. Early predictions are based only on what you entered.
If reminders aren't working
- Check that reminders are switched on in the app
- Check that notifications are allowed for QWatch Pro in your phone's settings
- Keep the app running in the background
Common scenarios and what they mean
"My cycle is irregular"
Predictions work best with regular cycles. If your cycle varies a lot, predictions will be less reliable.
"Is this a contraceptive or fertility tool?"
No. Cycle tracking is for general awareness only. It shouldn't be used as contraception or to plan pregnancy.
Important note
