When you move, your body gets stronger. But moving without data means you are guessing at how hard you are working, whether you are recovering properly, and whether what you are doing is actually making a difference.
Steps and daily movement
The band tracks your steps, distance and calories burned throughout the day using its motion sensors. You can see your daily totals and averages over time. Whether your goal is 10,000 steps or simply moving more than yesterday, the data is there every time you open the app.
Workouts and sport modes
The band supports more than 30 sport modes, from running and cycling to swimming and strength training. Each mode adjusts how it reads your heart rate and estimates your calorie burn for that activity. GPS tracking works with your phone, so if you bring it on a run or ride, the band maps your route and shows your pace.
Cardiovascular fitness
Over time, the band builds a picture of your cardiovascular fitness based on your heart rate patterns during exercise and at rest. It estimates your aerobic capacity, giving you a proxy for how efficiently your body uses oxygen. When your heart rate responds better to the same effort over time, your fitness is improving.
Recovery readiness
Training breaks your body down. Recovery is where it gets stronger. The band generates a daily recovery score based on your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep quality from the night before. That score tells you whether your body is ready to push hard or whether it needs a lighter day.
