Is There a Monthly Subscription Fee?

No. There's no subscription fee for your HLTH Band or the QWatch Pro app. Once you've bought your band, everything is free to use, with no in-app purchases required.

What's Included at No Extra Cost

  • The QWatch Pro app: free on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Samsung Galaxy Store
  • All tracking features: heart rate, blood pressure, sleep (including sleep stages), stress, HRV, blood oxygen, activity and menstrual health, all available from day one
  • One Key Measurement for on-demand readings
  • App updates

Tip: Some features, such as blood pressure, stress and blood oxygen, may need to be switched on in the app before they start recording.

What About the Warranty?

Every HLTH Band comes with a free 1-year warranty. You can also choose to extend your cover with our HLTHCare 5-Year or Lifetime Warranty. These are one-time payments with no renewals, not subscriptions. See HLTH Band Warranty: Cover and How to Claim for details.
