What do the light indicators mean?
HLTH Band Light Patterns
Your HLTH Band doesn't have a screen, so it uses a small light to show its status. Here's what each light means.
| Light Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Solid green | Fully charged. You'll see this while your band is still on the charger. |
| 🟢 Blinking green | Band is ready to pair / in pairing mode |
| ⚫ No light | Normal. Your band only lights up when you press the button or when it's charging, so no light during everyday wear is expected. |
| 🔴 Red flashes | Interaction error. You pressed the button too firmly. |
| 🔴 Solid red: | Charging. |
What to Do
Solid green: Your band is fully charged. You can take it off the charger and wear it.
Blinking green: Your band is ready to pair. Open the QWatch Pro app and follow the pairing steps. See How to Set Up and Pair Your HLTH Band for the full guide.
Solid red: Your band is charging. Leave it on the charger until the light turns solid green. A full charge takes about 90 minutes, and just 10 minutes gives you around 3 days of use.
Red flashes: The button is sensitive. Try again with a short, light tap rather than a firm press. This isn't a fault with your band.
No light: This is normal during everyday wear, and your band is still tracking. To check its status, give the button a short, light tap. If there's no light when your band is on the charger, see "My band shows no light when charging" below.
Which charger do I have?
Your HLTH Band comes with a magnetic charging cable in one of two versions. Both work exactly the same way:
- USB-C: the small oval plug, used by most newer phones and laptops
- USB-A: the flat rectangular plug, used by most older chargers, plug adapters and computers
The magnetic end that attaches to your band is the same on both.
Please note: A wall adapter isn't included. You can use any standard wall adapter or computer port that matches your cable's plug.
My band shows no light and won't charge
- Check the magnetic cable has snapped firmly onto the charging pins on the back of your band, not just resting nearby
- Make sure the charging pins are clean and completely dry. Wipe them with a dry cloth, and don't charge your band if the pins are wet.
- Push the plug fully into your power source, and check the port matches your cable (USB-C or USB-A)
- Try a different wall adapter, cable or USB port
