The HLTH Band watches your heart and your body all day and all night. It tracks six areas of your health continuously. This page shows you everything it can see.
Heart health
Resting heart rate, HRV, blood pressure and blood oxygen, tracked continuously, so you can see how your heart is performing over days, weeks and months.
Sleep
Sleep stages across light, deep and REM, your nightly sleep score, overnight HRV and wake detection, so you know exactly what your body is doing while you rest.
Stress
Stress levels measured through HRV patterns throughout the day, with guided breathing exercises available when tension rises.
Activity
Steps, distance, calories and workout data across more than 30 sport modes. GPS works with your phone to map routes and track pace.
Recovery
A daily readiness score based on your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep quality from the night before, so you know how hard your body is ready to go.
Women’s health
HRV shifts, resting heart rate changes, sleep disruption and cycle tracking, to help you understand what your body is going through during perimenopause and menopause.
