Data Not Syncing or Missing
If your data isn't showing in the QWatch Pro app, work through these steps.
Step 1 — Open the app and wait
Open QWatch Pro with Bluetooth on and the band nearby. Give it a minute to sync. If the band hasn't connected for a while, there may be a lot of data to catch up on.
Step 2 — Check the basics
- Is the band charged?
- Is Bluetooth turned on?
- Does your phone have internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data)?
Step 3 — Stop your phone putting the app to sleep
Phones sometimes close apps in the background to save battery, which stops syncing.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure QWatch Pro is turned on.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > QWatch Pro > Battery and set it to Unrestricted (wording varies by phone).
Step 4 — Restart and reconnect
- Fully close QWatch Pro and reopen it
- Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on
- Restart your phone
Still not syncing? Follow [My Band Won't Connect to the App].
How long does the band store data?
[Confirm how many days of data the band stores before syncing.] Opening the app at least once a day keeps everything up to date.
