My Band Won't Connect to the App
If your HLTH Band isn't connecting to the QWatch Pro app, work through these steps in order.
⚠️ Important: Your band must be paired through the QWatch Pro app, not your phone's Bluetooth settings. If you've tried pairing through Bluetooth settings, remove it there first:
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the ⓘ next to your band, then tap Forget This Device.
- Android: Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, select your band, then tap Unpair or Forget.
Step 1: Check the basics
- Is your band charged? A flat battery will stop it connecting. Charge it first.
- Does your phone meet the requirements? On iPhone, you'll need iOS 12 or later. Your phone also needs Bluetooth 4.0 or above.
- Is QWatch Pro up to date? Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
Step 2: Check app permissions
QWatch Pro needs Bluetooth permission to find your band. On Android, it also needs Location permission, because Android requires this for apps to scan for Bluetooth devices.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > QWatch Pro and turn on Bluetooth.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > QWatch Pro > Permissions and turn on Nearby devices (or Bluetooth) and Location.
Step 3: Select the right device
When the app scans for devices, choose the one starting with "H59". Make sure you're not selecting another nearby Bluetooth device.
Step 4: Keep your band close
Hold your band within 30cm of your phone while pairing.
Step 5: Restart Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth off on your phone, then turn it back on. Open QWatch Pro and try again.
Step 6: Restart the app and your band
- Fully close QWatch Pro, then reopen it
- Restart your band (see How Do I Turn On/Off My HLTH Band?)
Step 7: Restart your phone
Once your phone is back on, open QWatch Pro and try pairing again.
Step 8: Reinstall the app
Uninstall QWatch Pro, then reinstall it from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store. Log in and try pairing again.
Step 9: Add your band again
In the app, go to More > Profile & Settings > Paired Devices > Add New Device, and follow the pairing steps.
Can I Connect My Band to Other Apps?
Your HLTH Band works with the QWatch Pro app. On iPhone, your heart rate, steps and sleep can sync from QWatch Pro to Apple Health. Other data, such as blood pressure, HRV, blood oxygen and stress, stays in QWatch Pro and can't currently be exported.
