One-Key Measurement: How to Use It & Troubleshooting
What is One-Key Measurement?
One-Key Measurement gives you a quick health snapshot right now. The band's automatic background readings are taken at intervals, so they may be up to 60 minutes old. One-Key Measurement gives you a live reading instead. [Confirm which metrics it measures, e.g. heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen.]
Use it when:
- You want a current reading
- You're comparing the band with a cuff or finger oximeter. Take both at the same time
How to take a reading
- Sit down and rest for a few minutes
- Open the QWatch Pro app
- Go to One-Key Measurement [confirm location]
- Start the measurement
- Rest your arm at heart height and stay completely still
- Don't talk or move until it finishes
If the measurement fails or won't finish
Step 1 — Check the connection. The band must be connected to the app. Keep your phone close.
Step 2 — Check your fit. The sensor needs to sit flat against your skin, one finger-width above the wrist bone.
Step 3 — Stay still. Movement can stop the measurement or give an error.
Step 4 — Check the battery. A very low battery can stop measurements.
Step 5 — Restart the app. Fully close QWatch Pro and open it again.
