When can I add a warranty?
You can add a warranty when you buy your HLTH Band, or at any point within 30 days of your purchase. After that the window closes for that band, and your next one qualifies again.
How do I make a claim?
Message us at info@hlthtrack.com and send a photo or a short video showing what went wrong. Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours, and once approved a replacement ships straight away. There are no repair shops to visit and no forms to fill in.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, faulty chargers, and accidental damage including drops, knocks and water. Replacements ship free on both the 5-Year and the Lifetime Warranty. The Lifetime Warranty adds unlimited replacements and priority support, so your messages are answered first.
Do I need a warranty to see my health data?
No. Your HLTH Band works fully without one, and your health data, trends and insights stay free forever. A warranty is not a data subscription: it covers the device itself, nothing else.

Get in touch at info@hlthtrack.com before you pass your band on and we will confirm what happens to the cover on your particular order.
