HLTH Band estimates your blood pressure optically and tracks the trend through the day. It maps hourly averages and daily patterns in your app — giving you the picture of how your blood pressure shifts with meals, stress, and rest that a single cuff reading cannot show. For the most accurate readings, wear the band snug against your skin and keep it consistent on the same wrist. Wear your band on your non-dominant hand for best results. *HLTH Band provides blood pressure trend data for general wellness purposes. How is this different from a blood pressure cuff?

A cuff gives you one reading at one moment. HLTH Band estimates your blood pressure every hour through the day and maps the trend in your app — so you see how your numbers respond to your actual daily routine, not just one sitting. It's designed for pattern tracking, not single-point clinical measurement. Readings in the app may differ from readings on your cuff due to this. HLTH Band is not meant to replace your cuff, but compliment it in your efforts to reduce high blood pressure risk.

Do I need a subscription to use the Band?

No subscription is required to use the Band or access your raw data.

Is the Band waterproof or sweatproof?

The HLTH Band is rated IP68 and 1 ATM. Shower in it, sweat in it, wear it in the rain. It is water resistant rather than waterproof, so it is not made for swimming or diving.

What is the battery life of the HLTH Band?

Up to 30 days of battery life with typical use. Fast charging: 3 days of battery life in 10 minutes. Note: Frequent syncing and workout mode may slightly reduce battery life.

Will it irritate my skin?

HLTH Band is hypoallergenic tested. Two bands are included — the nylon stretch knit for everyday and overnight wear, and the silicone performance band for workouts and water activities. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend washing your device with soapy water and cleaning your bands regularly.

Is the Band compatible with my phone?

Yes. The HLTH Band works with: iOS Devices iPhone 8 and newer iOS 14.0 and above Android Devices Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above Note: As of current, Samsung health direct connection may or may not still be supported based on your app version.

Where else can I wear it?

The band is adjustable to fit wrists up to 24.5cm and can be worn comfortably on the ankle for activities where wrist wear isn't practical. You can also purchase our Performance Knit bicep band for even more comfort during workouts, sleep, or when you don’t want anything on your wrist.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Return it within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full. The band needs to come back in like-new condition with its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
