Shipping Policy

Where We Ship From#

All HLTH Band orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Processing Time#

Orders are processed and shipped within [2 business days / 48 hours] of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times#

Europe#

3 to 5 business days. Orders are delivered by DHL, or in the UK by one of our local delivery partners, such as Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel.

Worldwide#

• 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location, delivered through our international courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order#

Your tracking number is sent to the email address you used at checkout as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel's progress at any time using your tracking link. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us.

Tracking Hasn't Updated

It's normal for tracking to pause for a day or so, especially when your parcel is handed from one courier to another. If your tracking hasn't changed for more than 2 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Couriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered slightly early. If your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it:

• Check around your property, including porches, bins and any safe places
• Ask your neighbors or anyone in your household whether they took it in
• Double-check the delivery address on your order confirmation

If it still hasn't turned up 2 business days after the marked delivery date, email us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Wrong or Changed Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, as orders usually leave our warehouse within one business day. If we catch it in time, we'll pause your order and update the address before it ships. Once it's on its way, we can't change the address.
