How Long Does the Battery Last?

Your HLTH Band lasts up to 30 days on a single charge with normal everyday use.

What Affects Battery Life?

30 days is the maximum. How long your battery lasts depends on how you use your band. Things that can shorten it include:

  • Frequent One Key Measurements: taking lots of on-demand readings uses more power
  • Workout tracking: using Sports Record regularly uses more battery than everyday tracking
  • Syncing: frequent syncing with the QWatch Pro app uses slightly more power
  • Cold temperatures: very cold conditions can temporarily reduce battery performance

How Do I Check My Battery Level?

Your band doesn't have a screen, so you can check its battery level in the QWatch Pro app.

No light on your band? This is normal. Your band only lights up when you press the button or when it's charging, so no light during everyday wear doesn't mean the battery is flat. If your band doesn't respond at all when you press the button, it may need charging.

How Long Does It Take to Charge?

  • A full charge takes about 90 minutes
  • Just 10 minutes of charging gives around 3 days of use
  • For your first charge, leave your band on the charger for at least 30 to 60 minutes, and ideally until it's fully charged, before you start wearing it

Charging Tips

  • Only use the official HLTH magnetic charging cable that came with your band
  • Make sure the charging pins are clean and completely dry before connecting
  • While charging, the light shows solid red. When it's fully charged, it turns solid green.
  • A wall adapter isn't included, but any standard USB wall adapter will work
